Roadless Races Challenge (Virtual)
July, 2024
Overview
We had so much fun last year that we are bringing back the Roadless Races Challenge for round two. Amp up your summer with the healthy, physical challenge that will get you outside doing fun activities during the entire month of July.
The goal of the Roadless Races Challenge is simple – accumulate AT LEAST 31 total miles in July – an average of one mile/day and running/walking, biking, paddling, and swimming all count. Want to do more? No problem, you can surpass 31 miles and complete as many miles as you can during the 31 days of July.
For each activity, track your distance, input your data to the online platform, and watch your progress grow over the month-long event.
You can participate as an individual and also on a team of up to 8 people. Make it social – gather your friends (from anywhere), form a team, and see how many miles you can accumulate together.
In addition to an awesome personal challenge and a month of adventure and added motivation to RUN/WALK, BIKE, PADDLE, and/or SWIM MORE, your registration includes some sweet swag (tee, medal, and head wrap), digital badges for reaching milestones, an opportunity to earn extra swag through additional challenges (see below), and a chance to win randomly drawn prizes each 10 days of the challenge.
Challenges within the Challenge
In addition to achieving your main overall mileage goal, earn extra swag if you complete one or more additional challenges:
– Mix It Up Challenge – Complete and log as least ONE OF EACH ACTIVITY during July – run/walk, bike, paddle, and swim. (earn a RR sticker)
